Quarterly plan
Quarterly Pest Protection
A treated barrier around your foundation, reinforced every quarter by the same technician on the same day of the week. Spiders, ants, crickets and mice are all included. Nothing to sign, and you're covered from one visit to the next.
The barrier only works if you reinforce it.
Every visit, we put down a treated barrier around your foundation. That barrier is what stops things from coming in. It breaks down with weather and time, which is why the quarterly schedule matters: stop reinforcing it and the pests come back in, and the next treatment starts from zero instead of maintaining.
Mice are included in the plan, not billed as an add-on. Most companies carve rodents out and charge extra. We don't do that to the customer. If anything shows up between visits, you call and we come back out. That's the deal, and there's no contract holding you to it.

Common questions for this service.
No. Not for the quarterly plan, not for anything. One-time service is a real option if that's all you need, and you can stop the plan any time by calling the office. We're not going to hold you hostage in a contract you don't want.
The first visit is $150, then $120 plus tax per quarter. That covers spiders, ants, crickets and mice, and you're covered from one visit to the next. We'll tell you the same numbers on the phone before you book anything.
Not on the exterior-only program, which runs spring through fall and is what a lot of customers choose. Interior treatments need someone home. Either way it's the same technician on the same day of the week each quarter, with a reminder a week ahead.
Call the office and we come back out. Coverage runs from service to service on the plan. That's the plain version of the warranty, and it's the whole point of being on a schedule.

Call and you’ll get a price, not a sales appointment. One office, and the owner still answers the phone.
