Guardian Home Protection Plan

Our home protection plan covers most crawling insects with the exception of termites. It also covers wasps (yellow jackets, hornets, paper wasps etc.) carpenter bees and rodents.

The Home Protection Plan includes power spraying 10 - 15 feet surrounding your home three times a year offering you a 12 month warranty against general pests (not including termites). Upon request, Guardian will perform any interior treatments or inspections as needed -- at no extra charge!

Any interior treatments would include crack and crevice treatments, bait stations, or monitors.

Quarterly Service Plan

Guardian's Quarterly Service Plan includes four scheduled interior and exterior treatments throughout the year. The interior treatment is designed to target common problem areas where pests nest and breed. Treatments include chemical and non-chemical measures. Exterior treatment is designed to create a protective barrier around the perimeter of your home.

If at any time you experience a problem with any particular pest we will return at no charge to remedy the problem. This covers all pests except for termites.

Exterior Treatments for Flea and Tick Control

Guardian will conduct exterior treatments to help protect against fleas, ticks, and other pests except for termites. This application includes power spraying the exterior of your home.
